Claudia Conway is "not happy" with her highly anticipated "American Idol" hearing, telling fans that she felt "nervous and sick" during the process.
Kellyanne Conway's daughter, advisor to former President Donald Trump and Lincoln Project co-founder George Conway, Claudia taken to TikTok to open up to fans about the audition, writing, “Disclaimer that I am not happy with my idol audition. I was so nervous and sick so I'm just giving everyone a little warning.
The 16-year-old details her upbringing to the show's judges in a newly released video preview obtained by People magazine.
“I'm Claudia Conway,” she told judges Katy Perry, Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie.
“My mother is Kellyanne Conway. She worked for Donald Trump. And my dad is George Conway. He worked against Donald Trump.
In November, Claudia hinted that she was auditioning for the reality show.
It was months before the the police showed up at his family's mansion in Alpine, New Jersey, prompted by the teenager to post a series of videos claiming her mother Kellyanne, 54, was abusive and that she also accidentally posted a photo of her topless.
Despite the drama, the Conways have supported their daughter's singing ambitions, with George Conway accompanying Claudia during her audition last year.
“We are proud of Claudia for stepping into the arena and sharing her beautiful voice and inspiring message on mental health with others,” Kellyanne Conway told People.
